    Description

Dear Customer! Your attention is the M40 helmet. The helmet has size 66 = 58-59 head size. The helmet was found near Kiev (Ukraine) in the Bukrinsky bridgehead area. Bukrinsky bridgehead - one of the bridgeheads on the western bank of the Dnieper, in the area of Veliky Bukrin (80 km southeast of Kiev), captured in September 1943 by the troops of the Voronezh Front (Army General N.F. Vatutin) during the Battle of the Dnieper in 1943 ... Soviet troops were opposed by parts of the northern flank of the 8th field army of the Wehrmacht. The helmet was found at the bottom of a trench during excavations. There is a small combat trash on the helmet, and a brand (seen in the last photo) I will give the buyer a more detailed history of the find.
