Up for sale is a promotional item from Taco Bell, a plush Chihuahua made by Applause in China. This was from the late 1990's. He is about 5.5" tall. He is sealed in the original bag, never opened, new. He has a beret on his head and used to say “Viva Gorditas!” Sadly, he is now mute...no sound.
