All you needed was a balloon to inflate & you would attach these parts to make an elephant mask!! Back of sheet is self stick adhesive. Not sure if the self stick will still work after all these years. Balloons not included! Cool political piece, suitable for framing. Printed on sheet..."Be Sure To Vote!!
