Vintage Republican Necktie - Hand Painted Elephant - Excellent Condition

Vintage Republican Necktie with a hand-painted elephant - a sign hanging from the elephant's trunk says "Vote Republican".
Excellent condition - I assume this was worn at least once but there is very little wear at all.  No stains or fading, the blue color is still bright.
As far as age, the tie overall is 49 inches long, which is almost 10 inches shorter than the average tie today.  I am no expert but I'm thinking of the ties from the 40s or 50s that did not extend all the way to the belt, so perhaps from that time period?
