Very cool vintage pair of straw boater hats. Dimensional paper fold out elephants on top these hats are Styrofoam and made in the USA by J hats, Scranton PA . there are toothpick like American flags stuck in the hats and there are several holes in the hat where you can tell these flags are missing.
