Description

A small 2" x 2.5" green-glazed ceramic elephant figure made by Morton Potteries, Illinois, for a campaign launched by Styles Bridges, Governor of New Hampshire from 1935-37, and then U.S. Senator from from 1937-61.
The official residence of New Hampshire's governors, in Concord, NH, is known as Bridges House,  in honor of Styles Bridges (1898-1961.)
