Vintage Foremost Liquor Stores 1970 Ezra Brooks Decanter Bottle

Vintage 19670 Ezra Brooks Foremost Liquor Store Decanter.
It is in okay shape.
The cork should be the original one. There is tape around the top that held on the top at some point, the Ezra Books sticker is roughed up and the tax stamp is still on it but is messed up too. There are some specks on it around the base and on the bottom. There is some specks and discoloration on the silver rocket and it may have "tarnished".  It measures around 13" tall from base to top. The bottoms says "Heritage China 1970 FZ-8 Ezra Brooks".
This bottle is EMPTY!!!
