Penny has blonde short curly rooted hair, dimpled Shirley Temple like cheeks, side glancing painted eyes and lashes. She is jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips with legs made of soft rubber which do not hold a pose. She wears a red and white pleated dress with blue flower appliqués on the white stripes, white collar with short sleeve cuffs. Penny measures 8" tall and she is in played with condition. She needs a good day at the beauty salon and there are ink marks on her legs. The two dresses are in excellent condition with 3 working snaps.
