These boxes were released in 2 versions:
1.  A traditional tobacco cigar made in Dominican Republic
2.  Chocolate Cigars
This one is the chocolate cigar version, however since this chocolate is now well over 20 years old I would say it is not edible.
You are buying this for the political nostalgia it is.  See pics for details - it looks like we have lost 1 chocolate cigar over the years, but otherwise the box is in good condition. The bands on the cigars need to be re-glued / re-attached.
