Vintage 24" vinyl head jointed knee doll marked D3 1950's-60's

Here we have today is a vintage 1950's/60's 24" vinyl head doll. This vintage doll has jointed knees and working sleepy eyes, she is marked D3 on the back of her head. Doll is in vintage condition, she has soiling to her head, arms and legs, there are surface scratches to her torso and there are letters marked on the bottom of her feet in permanent marker. Dolls cloths are in vintage condition, there is soiling and spotting, I do not know if the spotting will come out with a good laundering.
