Unusual Mysterious Old OOAK Vintage A E 6 Rubber Face Sleepy Eyes Fashion Doll

Once Upon A Time she must have been very beautiful.  She seems as if she may have been created from different parts,  perhaps one of the very first "reborns" created many years ago.  I really don't know what kind of doll she is.  Her dress is ultra fancy with pleated like sleeves and lots and lots of poofy netting over some kind of burned out
velvet with a floral bit of possibly satin sewn together.  Her lower body is flannel stuffed with newspaper as I can see from the hole in the flannel.  What else is in there?  I don't know.  I am tempted to take her apart and read bits of the newspaper.  It was difficult to pull down the collar of her dress to look for a stamp as it fits so snugly.  I was able to see A E 6. A little further down there is a metal rivet in the top part of her back (I don't know what else to call it except maybe a metal plug). She does resemble some of those rubber faced fashion dolls that have a similar mark.  Her original hair looks rooted but it appears real hair was then glued on top of that, It seems like real hair to me. Her fingers are all there but have a bad paint job.  As you can see from the photos her dress has some mildew staining (but she doesn't smell) and a lot of dusty looking dirt plus some holes.
While I was photographing her the light from the window cast a rainbow on her.  I've included it as she is somehow very special.
