Unmarked 20” Vintage Vinyl Doll in Sailboat /Ark ? Elephant Giraffe Print Dress

Unidentified Vinyl head doll with sleep eyes and rooted hair
Missing 1 plug of hair in the back, leaving a bald spot. The rest of the hair can probably be styled to cover it.
Approximately  20” tall
Hard Vinyl arms, Blown Plastic body and legs
No marks
Wears a vintage blue dress with a boat (maybe Noah’s Ark?) Giraffes, elephants, and another object I can’t identify. Dress is trimmed in red, buttons in the back.
