    Description

    The Standard Gauge Frame will fit a Lionel 400 Steam Locomotive.  This is an aftermarket item that was made to replace deteriorated frames on 400 Steam locos.  It is made from an Aluminum Alloy and is lighter than the original frame it is meant to replace.  Also, it must be drilled and taped to fit the Lionel 400 Boiler and motor. Up until MTH came upon the scene this was the only option for replacing bad frames.  Now that MTH is out of business, this might come handy to repair a broken frame.
