Shipping & Handling
Shipping Day are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Holiday declared by the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, and UPS). All of our orders are shipped between 24-48hrs.
Shipping is FREE to the 48 continental United States. We only ship within the continental USA, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses or any other USA territory.
We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Orders from the United States will all be shipped out by these carrier (USPS, FEDEX, and UPS). The shipment usually takes 3-7 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded).
We do NOT offer in store pick up and return service.
We don't offer international shipping service.
Return Policy
Customers may return any new item(s) that are purchased from us within 30 days of delivery if the item(s) are still in an unopened box or any item(s) that arrives at the customer location damaged or are determined to be defective or “dead on arrival”.
Customers are not allowed to return any item(s) that are sold AS IS for parts or repair.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item(s) for return shipments. All returned item(s) must be in the original packaging, please provide us with the tracking number once item(s) are shipped.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You may send us an email through eBay messages and we will respond to you during business hours (Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm Central Standard Time).
Upon receipt of the item(s) returned to us and the item(s) are determined to be damaged, defective or “dead on arrival”, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per customer’s request.
We reserve the rights to test damaged, defective or “dead on arrival” item(s) Or Item(s) that are returned to us due to buyer remorse or bought by mistake.
Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee if any of the following conditions apply on a return: Bought by mistake, Wrong item(s) ordered, Item(s) no longer wanted, Shipment refused, Wrong address provided, and Requested cancellation after item(s) shipped
Customers are responsible for shipping charges if any of the following conditions apply: the customer in any way misrepresents the condition of the item(s), the item(s) are damaged due to customer misuse or tampering, there are any missing parts, the item(s) are determined to be in an unsellable condition due to a customer’s actions.
Customers only have 1hr to cancel the order once an order is placed. We will not be able to cancel the orders after 1hr since we want to ship all our orders the same day we receive before our cut off time.
We will not accept returns of any item(s) purchased after 30 days, we will either Fix or replace only the item(s) that are covered under our 90-day warranty.
