Can dress 2 angles tangent to a radius in one continuous motion to within .0001" (.002mm).  Fast and easy setup without elaborate accessories, only tools needed are a micrometer and hex key wrench.  Setup to dress 2 angles takes less than 15 seconds and 1 radius plus 2 angles takes approximately 3 minutes.  Precise and sharp contours, concave or convex, are consistently obtained at a full 180 degree range.
Range of convex radii zero to 1.500".  Range of concave radii .030" to 1.500".  Dressing capacity up to 8" wheel diameter.
Made from hardened, ground and lapped alloy tool steel.  No exposed wear surfaces, swivel on sealed bearings.  Wheel dresser is furnished complete with base featuring one inch adjustment.  Graduated micrometer knob provides fine adjustment to accurately dress small radii.  Height to center of diamond 6.5" (165mm).  Diameter of setting pins 10mm.  Overall height 7".  Base dimensions 4.75 x 3.5 x 1.25".  Weight 23 lbs.
