Beautifully decorated with applied crown,
shield-form cartouche depicting in Hebrew.
Two deep scratches to the underside,
probably someone tested it for silver,

Mezuzah case without Scroll/Parchment/Klaf.
Marked to underside:
"Made in Israel" for country of origin.
