Rare 1970 Ezra Brooks Red Lobster Maine Sesquicentennial Whiskey Decanter being sold in excellent used, empty and pre-owned condition.  Made by Heritage China in 1970 to commemorate the Sesquicentennial anniversary of Maine, this fun and decorative two part decanter measures roughly 13" long by 6" high and 7" wide.  I can see no chips, cracks, crazing or flea-bites, and it comes with the original Ezra Brooks and Heritage China stickers.  I am not personally a lover of seafood, but I am a Maine girl, and I will tell you that live lobsters are green - only cooked lobsters are red!  I don't know about other coastal areas which fish for, cook and serve lobster, but a famous trick here in Maine is to cook a lobster half in the boiling water and display it half red and half green!  If you are not familiar with lobsters then an interesting point of information is that they do not live well or long out of salt water.  When they are purchased, they are purchased live, and when they are prepared for travel for any kind of distance, they are packed in dry ice to keep them alive until they have reached their destination as they must be cooked alive or they will start to spoil almost immediately.
