Interior features five tissue paper sheets - see through, that features opposing players on a football field.  Instructions on each include - 'Any number of players pick a team.  Team 'A' touches a lighted cigarette to ball 'A'.  After play is over, Team 'B' does likewise to ball 'B'.  Ball ending nearest goal wins'.  All five tissue sheets are UNUSED.
Inside the back cover includes additional promotion, as does the back cover - see images.
