This is an Optical Micrometer by Michigan instruments.
The eyepiece is marked "15XW.F.. I suppose that means 15 power, wide field. I looked through it, and it is difficult to see anything when there is no stand.

Also, light must be provided under the instrument, or you will not see anything. I could clearly see a cross hair reticule.

The micrometer body turns easily and the lenses are not scratched at all that I can see.
I think my buyer for this item will know a lot more about it than I do.

The instrument is not sealed like a rifle scope. The eyepiece lifts out, but I did not see dust on the inside.  The instrument is 7.5 inches long.

Faster Delivery:
I must get my items to the Post office before 1:30 pm Mon-Friday. That means in order for me to have time to prepare your package, I have to have your payment before 12 noon, for the package to go out THAT DAY.
This means that if you can get payment to me before noon, the item will come to you one day sooner than if you make the payment after noon of the same day. Of course, if you order at any time from Friday noon through Sunday morning, there will probably be an extra day or two delay.
