LASONIC i931 LIMITED GOLD EDITION BOOMBOX
'The Midas Touch'
Here is an extremely rare Lasonic / Yung Fu / Lucky 'ghetto blaster' boombox.
'The Midas Touch' gold edition was a limited run of only 50 units.
The pictures are of the actual unit for sale.
It is in quite good condition, with some various smudges, scratches, etc that you might expect from an item this old. The rear shell has been repainted, and is a slightly different shade than the front shell.

UPDATE: Pics have been added to show the inside of the unit and the difference in front shell vs rear shell. The front is made of molded GOLD plastic, with the rear being molded BLACK plastic.
As this was a very limited edition, I do not know if they were manufactured this way. The numeric stamps inside are sequential, however, as the pics show.
This boombox has been tested where possible. Overall, it works and sounds great!
- The AM/FM radio works well and has a strong signal via the attached antenna.
- AUX IN is working fine, MIC IN and its related knobs also work great, as well as the EQ buttons, function buttons, volume knob, clock, etc.
- All 4 speakers are working, woofers and tweeters.
- The headphone jack works, but only one channel. It is probably a simple fix, but I don't know for sure.
- I am unable to test the SD cart slot, 'AV out' jack, or iPod functionality, due to lack of proper equipment.
- The USB port works, but I can only test that it puts out power to charge my iPhone.
- I have not tested it with batteries, though the battery compartment is very clean.
This item will be very safely packed and shipped, insured, and will require a signature upon delivery.
