The following auction is for a Large Vinyl Doll in Wedding Dress All Original in close-fitting box.
Maker:  Reminds me of the Perga Doll but could be from USA or foreign.  The box is labled See's, Candy Shops, Inc.
Material:  Vinyl.
Features:   Large Vinyl Doll in Wedding Dress All Original in a box which is labled See's Candy Shops, Inc.  The box may be original since it fits so well or convenient.  Open or Close plastic blue eyes with rooted eye-lashes, green eye-shadow with light pink cheeks and pink lips. Jointed at neck, shoulders and possibly the hips.  She's connected to a covered block by her slip-on shoes.  She comes out of her shoes.  Dark brown rooted short and slightly curly hair.   I can't see her body since the dress is so massive.
Clothing:  Beautiful full lacy wedding dress with netted (long in back) veil.  Very lacy underslip.  The dress can be bent downward but since she was going back into the box, we left her dress as it came out.
Size: The doll is approximately 15.5 and with the fabric covered block is 19 inches- 48 cm in height.
Age:  The wedding dress looks very much like the 1960s that I would have to approximate her to be around that time.
Condition:  Doll's head has an yellow-orange tinge to the skin color (hard to describe) which may be from age or original to the doll since the only other item that is aged is the tissue paper.  As you can see, the one eye sticks but not all the the time.  The box has shelf wear and might not be the original box.  The lid has two top corners that are torn up the side and one tear on the bottom edge which was taped a long time ago.  Non-smoking environment.  Photographs are part of the description.  Please ask questions prior to bidding.
