    for sale is a used OMC ( Johnson and Evinrude ) Electric Starter MOTOR fits 9.9 hp and 15 hp form 1974 thru 1992. Starter Motor bench tested by hooking up to a 12 volt battery. Starter motor  turns strongly and pinion pops up as it should..This is a Bosch starter. No load test performed.
