SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will ship FREE via 3-5 business day standard shipping. Additional charges will be added when an expedited option is selected. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once checkout is complete. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once an item has shipped or is in the shipping  process. Our returns policy applies to all items once they have entered the shipping process.
Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer. Our warehouses, shipping carriers and client support offices are closed on major holidays. Most packages will require an adult signature for delivery. Please contact us via eBay Messaging regarding any problems before leaving feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
We will gladly accept all items (excluding TVs, furniture, and special orders) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges will require a Return Authorization (RA) before being shipped to our warehouse.
