and absorb vibration/ noise and does so much better than anything I have found, they are  self adhesive and are very easy to install on your bow in just a few minutes and will last and keep working a very very long time and will stop nearly all of the noise and vibration that causes that annoying game spooking twang when the string slaps against the bow limb even if you are using are a Fast Flight string. also work well on recurved crossbows

Instructions:
To install simply clean the limb
of any wax or dirt
with a soft cloth and warm water where the pad is to be installed. install the pads , then string your bow, be sure your string is centered when you string it for the first time as the string will form a groove in the plush material of the pad. Available in Black
Bow pads are a universal design and will fit any recurve bow however they may need to be trimmed if your limbs are of a thinner design
