This is a plastic political souvenir item....a miniature horse collar that is embossed, "Horse Collar Brannaman" across the top. Ray Brannaman sought the Republican nomination for Governor of Colorado in 1951 but was defeated by Ralph L. Carr. This item was most likey a political give away.  Brannaman was active in VFW and was a Past National Commander. He made horse collar mirrors and so earned the nickname. This rare item measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/8" and is in good order without cracks. See my store for other interesting items.

SHIPPING DETAILS:  We ship via USPS with insurance on all our items.  If package is less than 13oz it will be sent First Class.  If package is over 13oz to 5 lbs it will be sent Priority Mail.  If package is over 5 lbs it will be sent Priority Mail or Retail Ground.     Book packages less than 5oz will be sent First Class.  Book packages over 5oz will be sent Media Mail.
