French Hand Fan Black Carved Wod Tulle Silver Sequin
French hand fan with black carved wood arms and tulle ornate with silver sequin made during the 1870's. 16" (40.5cm) width opened, 8 1/2" (21.5cm) length for the arms. Good condition the first arms is broken and needs to be glued as shown by the following pictures.
The  shipping cost for US and Canada is with 4/6 days for delivery with official delivery service "La Poste"
