Vintage Framed Matted Asian Folding Hand Fan with yellow and green velvet
Mother of Pearl is on the bottom edge of the fan and on the diamond shapes
Frame is approx. 20" wide x 12.75" high and 1.5" thick
Part has come loose from the back of the setting- it can fold up in there- you can just turn it and it will re-open
Back says Inter Mountain Art Company in Salt Lake City
This looks like it was quality made and so is the frame and matting
