The «Elikor» (type 01) corn crusher is a first-generation model designed for grinding and crushing root plants, such as carrot, beet, and potatoes, as well as for chopping corn.
Usually, this apparatus is used for grinding carrot and beet. The «Elikor» (type 01) grinder, though appeared not long ago, managed to show its worth as a reliable and trouble-free machine that can be of great help for any housewife.
It is easy to operate and maintain and doesn’t need frequent repairing. It is simple in installing and is mounted on the working surface with the help of special attachments.
This machine is equipped with many parts and components necessary for ease of operation.

Two replaceable sieves: from fine to coarse. (3 and 5 mm)
2 hammers, a knife for grains
Configuration of Elikor Сrusher
The Elikor crusher for cereals and root vegetables is electrically driven by the electric engine with a condenser. There is also a working chamber mounted on the flange of the engine.
Besides, the tool is equipped with replaceable hammers, a shredding disc for root vegetables and a bin to load grains. An adjusting screen is installed under the bin. This screen allows delivering grains to be grinded.
Before starting the cereal crusher, one of the replaceable sieves, included in the package of Elikor 1, should be installed in the working chamber. The sieves have different size of holes, 3 mm or 5.0 mm.
A thermal relay in the engine windings provides protection of the electric drive against overheating.
Before you start, the corn crusher should be placed and fixed on the edge of the table using bolts, screws and nuts M6, which are included in the kit.
