FEED MILL GRINDER without MOTOR
Grain crusher hammer with belt transmission of torque from the electric motor.
Derteemolka is intended for grinding grain when preparing food (derti) for domestic animals and birds.
Completely made from domestic components at the Ukrainian plant.
The service life of this feed shredder with proper use in a personal subsidiary farm: 3 - 5 years.
Grindable material for this chopper is any grain, including corn.
The body of the feeding and working bunker of the feed crusher is made of a stamped sheet,
which gives sufficient rigidity of construction and small weight, and consequently affects a small price.
The working area of ​​the shredder includes 24 hammers fixed on three axes, breaking the grain by centrifugal force.
Adjustment of the fraction of received dertry occurs due to the change of the screen of the working hopper installed from below.
To operate this unit, you need an electric motor with a power of 1.5 kW with a pulley for V-belt transmission.
