Description
This pellet mill is recommended for home use or small business testing. Ideal for for making pellets of animal feed, alfalfa, forage, and/or biomass, it has a high performance at a low cost due to the combination of a great transmission, low motor consumption, and the 200 mm flat die.
This machine is shipped with the user's manual and toolkit for operation and lubrication. The machine includes one flat Die to produce 6mm diameter pellets.
Some Features.
1. The gearbox is made of high quality steel, which provides great durability, increase efficiency and capacity, while reducing noise and temperature in the gearbox.
2. The main shaft has been designed to withstand heavy loads and strong axial forces, increasing its durability.
3. Using a roller with a large diameter this pellet mill yields a higher pelletization rate, more pellet uniformity and increased pellet strength.
4. Both rollers and dies have wear-resistant surfaces. In addition, since both sides of the die can be used it lasts much longer.
5. All bearings are sealed to prevent the dust contamination.

Limited Warranty
Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery. The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

The shipping and handling time for this machine is approximately eight-ten (8-10) weeks to most U.S. Locations.
Shipping to any major port worldwide is FREE.
You will have to pick up from the port on port warehouse in some cases you could be picking up in a warehouse in your city
