A device for crushing grain (wheat, rye, barley, corn, etc.) in production facilities for the manufacture of feed for pets and poultry.
What is valuable? In this model of the grain crusher, a knife with a one-sided sharpening knife directed to the exit from the crushing chamber is used, which allows creating additional circulation of the air flow. This increases the passage of the milled grain through the sieve, thereby reducing the likelihood of re-hitting the grain under the knife and reducing the percentage of dust particles.
Principle of operation:
The technical characteristics of the crusher allow to obtain a crunch with an index of a grinding modulus of 1.52 and a grinding degree of 2.38, due to which the resulting product belongs to an average grind, suitable for feeding most domestic animals and birds.
