Drum, hammers and rotating shaft are made of special steel, which is worked with precision, heat-treated and then tempered to give the correct hardness, ensuring a long-lasting machine minimizing part replacements or repairs in the short term.
In the event that any repair is needed, the manufacturer provides specific serial numbers for each spare part, allowing you to buy parts and repair the machine yourself, without hiring  costly specialist service.
Every machine has its own installation manual so you can set it up and start producing your own biomass fuel fast, even if you have little or no experience.

Limited Warranty
Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery.  The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING
NOTE: The shipping and handling time for this machine is approximately eight 8-10 weeks to most U.S. locations. Shipping to any major port worldwide is free. You will have to pick up from the port or port warehouse in some cases you could be picking up in a warehouse in your city. Door to door shipping is available and we will quote upon request.  Shipping will not include your country port handling or import tax if any apply.
