Description: From and created in Israel in the early 60's or late 50's. By the famed artist from Safed David Gilboa.
Condition: Part of bottom cap is chipped as shown. Scroll unrolls and can be rolled back with ease, but care when reaching a seam. Slight
rips at scroll edges in some places. All watercolors are bright and clear. Nice condition over all.
