*NOTE* - You are specifying the string length, not the bow length. If your choose the number 54 and go with 14 strand, you will receive a 54" 14 strand string, which is suited for a 58" recurve or 57" longbow. Please keep that in mind!
*NOTE* - For a RECURVE bow, your string length will be 4" shorter than your bow's AMO length. For a LONGBOW your string length will be 3" shorter. For example, if you have a 58" Bear Grizzly recurve bow, you'd need a 54" string!

(OPTIONAL) - If you would like me to install an adjustable string nock please let me know via direct message after purchasing or include it in the order notes if possible so I can keep a tab on you. This string nock will allow you to adjust the nock height simply by twisting and untwisting. It's what I personally use for a string nock.

I make sure all aspects of the string are consistent and in check, such as proper string length, proper amount of twists at given brace height, appropriate center serving length and location on string, equal string silencer location, using the
appropriate
center serving size for the strand count, etc.
The addition of the pre-installed cat whisker silencers makes the bow significantly quieter. It also dampens the vibration resulting in less hand shock. This string is perfect for hunting and recreational use. With a good nock fitment and an option for a pre-installed adjustable string nock, this is a top of the line string that will last you a long time with proper maintenance. This string is leagues ahead of the endless loop string made by
manufactures overseas with poor quality control.

String / Serving Materials
DynaFLIGHT 97, known as Fast Flight; very durable, low creep. Used for Crossbows, Compounds, Recurves and Youth Bows. Not all bows can take this low stretch material, so be sure to check if your bow supports fast flight!
BCY Polygrip Serving - 100% polyester material. Grips very well. This center serving material was suggested by BCY to use in addition with the string material!
