Looks like this might be a very rare find.
Gold lapel pin with jeweled eye.
Folding - hinged pin back with rotating pin retainer.
Not sure if this is from 1976 or 1984.
Previously owned, in very good or better condition.
Conditions are subjective, I am NOT an expert.
