BMW Connected Ride Cradle smartphone holder:
Using the BMW Motorrad Connected app (version 4.0 minimum), you can view vehicle data while driving, such as: lean angle, acceleration and deceleration.
Connection and pairing are done only once, during the first start-up.
If your motorcycle is equipped with a multi-controller and the special "On-board computer Pro" equipment, other functions can be used.
Connecting your phone via Bluetooth (Bluetooth Low Energy version 4.2 minimum) allows you to use the application with the same controls as for the GPS Navigator VI.
Once installed on the holder, your phone is charged, either by induction (according to the Qi standard, 7.5W max.), Or by USB-C socket (7.5W, 1.5A for 5V). An LED indicator shows you the charging status, this indicator can be turned off.
