Antique Victorian Beaded Hand Fan in Shadow Box Frame
An antique late 1800's Victorian beaded and hand painted hand fan mounted on a background of red crushed velvet. Professionally framed in a sealed shadow box. Included is the original framing receipt. (Please note photos). The company name is McDonald Niklaus Framing and Treasured Gifts, Dover Ohio. On the back two labels states the provenance of this fan. 1892, This belonged to Clara Schwab, 1960 Given to Marian D Lewis Daughter In Law of James Rees (Brother of Jane Rees Reeves. 2007 Given to and framed by Suan E. Rees wife of Edgar A Rees (Cousin Of James Rees) and then decomissioned from a historical society. In depth details, beautiful designs, awesome bead work and hand painting project this picture into a museum quality heirloom. 27 inches wide by 19 inches tall by 2.50 inches thick.
