I haven't been able to find out much at all about the "Scandinavian Republican Club". I can see only three "Scandinavian Republican Club auction mentions on Worthpoint. One was a William H. Harrison Presidential Campaign Ribbon for 1888, One was an 1896 McKinley Campaign Ribbon and the last one was a 1900 Mckinley campaign ribbon.
Based on my research, I am making a wild guess that the ribbon in this listing dates from before 1920.
