German Officer's Pillbox Cap or Alter Herr Bundesbruder Cap -  Box Grouping
Up for auction is a grouping of items that came with a Pill box cap in the original box. Included are the Sash and photo of the person wearing it. I am not sure if these are related to military or fraternal. The box measures approximately 6 1/2" in diameter. Small tear on the cap. The box is missing the handle and parts. It shows wear and stains - p
