    Description

    This auction contains one 6 inch (150mm) Die with 1/4" (6mm) holes and one 6 inch (150mm) Roller Assembly for Replacement or Homemade Pellet Mill. The Roller Assembly includes the roller shells, the roller shaft, the bearings, and the roller shell covers. You will also receive the two spacers for the roller assembly, which fit over the roller shaft and into the roller shells as seen in the photos.
    This Roller and Die Assembly is a direct replacement for many Chinese Pellet Mills sold by many different companies under different model numbers. These are direct replacement for models KL150 and ZLSP-150 among the many others.
    Dimensions of the Die (SAE measurement to the nearest 1/16"):
    Metric - outside 150mm, inside 28mm, thickness 25mm, and the key slot is 8mm.
    SAE - outside 5 7/8", inside 1 1/8", thickness 1", and the key slot is 15/16".
    Dimensions of the Roller Assembly (SAE measurement to the nearest 1/16"):
    Metric - Roller Shaft: width 19mm, length 200mm, and the flats are 17mm.
    Metric - Roller Shells: width 36mm and the height is 80mm.
    SAE - Roller Shaft: width 15/16", length 6 1/2", and the flats are 1/2".
    SAE - Roller Shells: width 1 1/2" and the height is 3 1/8".
    General Info:
    Makes animal feed pellets from grain, alfalfa, and grasses and other ingredients.
    Make biomass fuel pellets from leaves, grass, pine needles and other soft biomass material.
    Not recommended for 100% wood. We have other parts designed for 100% available.
    These parts were manufactured in China with high-carbon tool steel.
