    Description

    This is a contemporary 400E and I am not sure if this a Lionel or MTH.  The motor does run very well but does not have an Eunit. Runs forward only.
    I don't know much about this 400E so ask questions.
    At first glance, i thought it was a repaint but it was little no nice.
