1997-1999 5 & 6 hp OMC Johnson Evinrude 4 stroke Crankcase Powerhead

Here we have the crankcase, block, piston and all pictured for the Johnson Evinrude outboards listed below. May fit other models as well. The motor was brought in for service, needing a tune up. Had great compression. When I pulled the flywheel I noticed the key had shifted. Which did more damage to the flywheel than the crank.  There is a burr on the crank from the key shifting as shown in picture six.  Recommend either welding key shut and re-grooving it or replacing the crank.  Could also remove the burr, install a new key with a good flywheel and you will never know it happened. Due to this issue we are selling it for parts.  The block and piston are in nice shape. Removed from model E6RL4EEM a 1999 6hp Evinrude 4 stroke outboard.  Fresh water parts. No salt ever!
