Very cool politcal piece from Frankoma Pottery. 1970 issue Republican
Party Elephant mug, with U.S. Pat D215.868, it measures just under 4” tall and has a slightly mottled blue shiny glaze and is made with red clay. This was the Richard Nixon era of politics.
Condition is very good, no chips or cracks, clean interior with a few dark specs under glaze and has a small glaze miss or flake oon the foot see last pic.
