    Description

    Large-format fold-out 1957 Atlantic road map of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, printed more than 62 years ago.
    The map opens to 23" x 32" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by Rand McNally.
    There's a large inset of Boston and vicinity and smaller insets of Bridgeport, New Haven, and Providence.
    On the reverse side there's a map of the eastern United States, from Maine to Florida, west to Illinois.
    The map was distributed by the Atlantic Refining Company in 1957 and is dated by the code number in the lower margin: 7-463945-18.
    There are handsome graphics on the front and back covers.
