    How timely is this? I am listing a metal pin back 1940 Republican National Convention
    held in Philadelphia Honorary Sergeant at arms metal pin back dated 1940. It features
    an eagle with its wings spread out at the top and the Liberty Bell at the bottom
    It has a bronze cast. Only one photo did capture the color. There are two pins on the
    back. Likely one held a ribbon. It says “Bastian Bros. Co. “ with possibly Rochester
    N. Y.   In a shield in the center show  initials “M P B
    P I U"
    The top pin covers part of  the makers mark.
